Mark Sperow is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Resource Management, Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at West Virginia University (WVU). Prior to joining WVU he was with the Natural Resource Ecology Laboratory at Colorado State University. His current research addresses the economic and environmental benefits of increasing soil C sequestration on agricultural soils. He was also involved with the EPA efforts to estimate soil C sequestration in US agricultural soils for the annual U.N. submittal of the U.S. Inventory of GHG Emissions and Sinks.
