Phil Gassman is a research agricultural engineer at the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD), Iowa State University. He received his B.A. and M.S. degrees in agricultural engineering from Iowa State University, and joined CARD's Resource and Environmental Policy Division in 1987. Phil's research efforts support the integration of environmental and economics models that are used to assess policy scenario impacts for climatic, management, soil, livestock, and cropping system combinations.
