Hongli Feng is an assistant scientist with the Resource and Environmental Policy division of the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD). Hongli joined CARD as a research assistant. Her most recent research investigates the dynamics and cost-effectiveness measures of carbon sequestration. Earlier work with co-authors Jinhua Zhao and Catherine Kling focused on policy mechanisms for implementing carbon markets in agriculture.
